Our Services

All products imported, stored, transported, commercialized, sold or used in Mexico must comply with specific NOM Standards. 


We provide our clients with a Constancia de Conformidad. 

The Constancia is a legal document that shows that the packaging complies with all appropriate NOMs and protects the manufacturer, importer and retailer from adverse action by customs or consumer protection authorities. Label Export works with agencies in Mexico accredited by the Dirección General de Normas (the Mexican consumer protection agency) to obtain the Constancia and provide this protection to our clients.
